I’d also like to add another theisis on: if we believe financial privacy and govt involvement & regulation can coexist in the future. scenario:
If governments start putting pressure on privacy coins, which coin has the more resilient investor base?
The theory is that Zcash has attracted more conventional investors, institutional capital and politically connected crypto people, whereas Monero has a more privacy-maximalist community that might be less inclined to sell simply because regulators disapprove. Kraken already delisted XMR and it survived.. How would zcash holders react? Expectations are the root of disappointments. & people don’t blame a spade for being a spade. food for thought.
I know Zcash are more optionality in terms of privacy, but isn’t really the whole point privacy? Or am I missing something.
The real difference between $XMR and $ZEC isn’t the tech.
It’s who actually holds the coins.
$XMR has been at billions for years. The supply is in the hands of people who’ve been waiting for banks to get hacked and governments to crack down. That moment is starting now and they’ll simply never sell their coins.
$ZEC lately got pushed to billions by some opportunists and @Mert, who brought the Solana degens into $ZEC. They’re the best at farming engagement on X, and that’s how he’s getting his exit liquidity right now. They’re already distributing and dumping into the narrative, while $XMR is just waking up for the moment it’s waited for since its creation.
That’s why $XMR will lead the future of privacy and hacking. Not even close.

First time trading oil futures and it is not for me. Hardest thing I’ve ever tried to trade honestly. I wanted to conquer it but wow never been whipped so badly trying to find the bottom. Trying to trade against new fud news every second made me schizo.

Don't even ask the question. The answer is no, it's not priced in. Think Democrats will sweep midterms? That's not been priced in. You work at the drive thru for Mickey D's and found out that the burgers are made of human meat? Not priced in. You think insiders already know that? They don't. The market is an utterly clueless, all-encompassing being that doesn't even know what's happening right in front of it.
The market doesn't know the very inner workings of your subconscious. It doesn't even know what it's having for lunch tomorrow. Your very existence still hasn't been priced in, despite the market having over a century to value Standard Oil's expected future earnings based on population growth that would lead to your birth, what age you would get a car, how many times you would drive your car every week, how many times you take the bus/train, etc.
Anything you can think of has not been priced in, especially the things you aren't thinking of. You have nothing but original thoughts. Your consciousness is the only thing standing between the market and complete ignorance. Free will is the only thing that exists. The market sees nothing, knows nothing, and will spend the entirety of its existence being surprised by things that were completely obvious in hindsight (the market hasn't even priced in the heat death of the universe).
So please, before you make a post on wsb asking whether AAPL has priced in earpods 11 sales or whatever, know that absolutely nothing has been priced in and don't ask such a dumb fucking question again.
Short now then I’ll long after
Trader @jxdita has traded $4.68M of oil perps on Pumpfun today!
They're currently holding an 18x long on WTI Crude Oil, now worth over $225,000!
People in the trenches need to get a grip on reality. Can you not think further than your nose? Hating on people simply because: they tried to be a martyr and failed. So they get the hammer. While people who was just always a crook will go unscathed because you never expected shit from them in the first place. Please, shush. Try doing any type of business yourself publicly. You will not succeed in your first business. It’s hard. It’s war. Give people grace for trying. Investors loose money. That’s how biz goes. Crooks are a diff story.
