For the past 18 months, I've been working on BNPi every single day like a madman.
I honestly can't believe how much time has already passed and how far we've come.
Just look at what we've built:
- A fully functional booking system
- An extensive and advanced NFT ecosystem
- BNPi Social, a platform that other developers have told me could easily be a standalone app
- The successful creation and integration of our very own character, the one and only, BoPi 💜
- Our own dual-token system
- And so, so much more...
And now, the moment we've been working towards is finally here. We're moving to Mainnet!
Unfortunately, we won't be able to migrate our booking system just yet, as it's entirely built around Smart Contracts, which are not yet available on Pi Mainnet.
However, all our NFT collections will already be migrated to Mainnet, with minting remaining pending. This means that once Pi Network enables the necessary functionality, we'll be ready to activate minting.
But there's something much more important I want to say.
Thank you. From the bottom of my heart.
To every single member of this incredible community: Thank you for the strength, motivation, and support you've given me throughout this journey.
Without you, I genuinely don't think I could have made it this far.
After the disappointment of last year's Pi Hackathon, I was absolutely devastated. I had put so much of myself into this project, and that experience really broke me.
But you gave me a reason to keep going.
You helped me find even more strength than I ever thought I had. Instead of giving up, I worked harder, pushed further, and continued building something I truly believe in.
And here we are, 18 months later.
Next week, BNPi is finally entering Mainnet, and I honestly can't wait to see you all in BoPi World, interact with you, and experience everything we've created together.
This journey has been exhausting, emotional, challenging, and at times overwhelming. But looking back at everything we've accomplished, I wouldn't trade it for anything.
And believe me, this is only the beginning.

⚠️ What the post omits (possibly intentionally):
The case was voluntarily dismissed without prejudice on December 22, 2025 — just over a month after it was filed. It is now closed. 👌
There was no ruling on the merits, no judgment in Poudel’s favor, and no finding that Pi actually owed him those tokens.
👉 The original post, shared on November 1, 2026 (more than 10 months after the dismissal), presents the lawsuit as an active and concerning development without mentioning that the plaintiff himself dropped it.
It also leans heavily on a comparison to Jed McCaleb’s large XRP sales, 👉 which is speculative opinion rather than evidence of what will happen with Pi.
Court records confirm the filing and the key compensation claims. They also confirm the case is closed. 👌

Pi Network's Former member Files Lawsuit Over 25 Million Unpaid Pi. What Should We Really Be Concerned About?
On November 13, 2025, Swaroop Poudel, a former Pi Network head of marketing, filed a lawsuit against SocialChain Inc. and Pi Community Company in a California court.
I reviewed the actual 6 page complaint filed with the court. Here are the key details.
1. Key Facts About the Lawsuit
- The plaintiff joined the company in August 2021 as Director of Community Success and Partnerships, reporting directly to Chengdiao Fan.
- He claims he was initially offered stock options covering 2.2 million company shares, which were later replaced with a restricted token award of 40 million Pi.
- According to the complaint, approximately 27.5 million Pi had vested during his 33 months of eligible service under a four-year vesting schedule.
- However, he claims he received only approximately 2.42 million Pi, leaving more than 25 million Pi unpaid.
- He is seeking the release of those tokens or equivalent financial compensation.
These are allegations contained in the filed complaint. The alleged breach of contract should not be treated as an established legal finding.

2. What Concerns Me Even More Is the Historical Example of Ripple and Jed McCaleb
Pi Network previously went through a legal dispute involving its co-founder, Vincent McPhillip.
Now, another lawsuit has emerged involving a former key executive and his token compensation.
This situation naturally reminds me of Jed McCaleb, the co-founder of Ripple.
After leaving Ripple, McCaleb spent years selling massive amounts of XRP from his holdings.
He originally held approximately 9 billion XRP. Following legal disputes with Ripple, he agreed to restrictions on his sales and continued gradually selling his XRP holdings until 2022.
We cannot definitively say that his sales directly caused XRP's price declines.
However, the possibility of continued selling by a former founder holding enormous amounts of tokens can certainly create concerns and potential pressure on the market.
What if something similar happens to Pi?
What if internal conflicts and legal disputes continue, and former key members eventually begin selling large amounts of their Pi holdings?
Can a market with such weak buying demand absorb that supply?
And if conflicts involving former insiders continue over the years, couldn't that negatively affect both Pi's market value and investor confidence?
I sincerely hope we never see that scenario.
Of course, I don't think lawsuits like this are particularly uncommon in the crypto industry.
However, the fact remains that Pi has yet to demonstrate any meaningful or sustained price appreciation. That's exactly why I find this situation concerning.
I sincerely hope the Pi Core Team comes up with a wise and effective solution.

The update makes remote access to SoloHost apps much easier by eliminating the need to configure home routers. Pi Desktop now handles the connection setup, making it simpler for Pioneers to access SoloHost apps, such as local AI agents, running on their computers through Pi Browser on their phones.
The release also provides more protection measures for SoloHost users, checking apps on their access rights before installation and each time they start. These checks help restrict the app’s access to only their own files, not to other files on the computer.
Update Pi Desktop and go to the Pi app to learn more!
