I left work early today because I was sick. I didn't have energy to take myself to the doctor and tried the online doctor service. She video called me, I explained my symptoms, sent a prescription to my nearest pharmacy and emailed me my sick note. What an effecient service!

I picked up running at 5am for 8-10km 4 times a week since the beginning of the year. 6 weeks later, I weigh 5kgs less. I need to loose another 4kgs to reach my ideal weight, I think diet will get me there.

I've joined a running club this year, yoh those guys that are supposed to be slower runners sprint at the beginning of the run and I'm left alone😭😭. I can't join the begginer runners as they run a different route but I'm the slowest of the non beginner runners😭😭😭
