Idiots saying "go woke go broke" about Ghosts of Yotei... but it's 24 people in a studio of around 250, and the game was the 11th best selling game of 2025. It's nothing to do with them "going broke" because they "went woke." They made plenty of money.

Guys chanting "Go woke go broke" at Bioware's closure when EA is keeping Sims as a flagship franchise and it's a hell of a lot more "woke" than anything Bioware's ever done...
Ah, I see on my feed that Smash JT is claiming an "insider" fed him information to support his narrative, that he can't provide any proof of at all, and people are eating it up. Bonus that it's followed by a post condemning TheQuartering for not providing proof for claims.
There are people in the world so hateful and so stuck in their hate that even attempting to communicate with them is like willingly jumping into a pool filled with molasses. It just drags you down into an inevitable miserable death. I try but... man, I can't deal with that.
Ah, that moment when you try something at work and it succeeds spectacularly and you show your manager and she's freaking out and over the moon over it... Feels good. I'm riding a bloody high right now.
A lot of the same people who say "Why does @TheQuartering even have an audience anymore?" spout out the exact views you'll find his viewers saying, and never reflect on what that says about them.
The "anti-woke" lolcows' flock of sheep are trying to flood any reaction to films that don't have straight while male casts and pushing their "Message" that anything that isn't just like them is "woke" and "forced diversity." Some day hopefully they'll grow up.
Been at it all day between work and doing stuff around my home. I am so tired. But I feel a sense of accomplishment. So that's good.
It's so cute that "right-wing" people try to call me a "leftoid/liberal" whenever I speak to hold "right-wing" YouTubers they like accountable.
Those people have never gone to DC for CPAC. Never been part of their local REC. Never shared drinks with their local REC leader before the state party convention. Never gone to a candidate's house to discuss how to approach the primary. Never even lifted a finger to get involved, let alone put in time within the Republican Party they claim to care about so much.
If you think being "right-wing" only means holding bigoted opinions and demanding state control of everything (which, you know, sounds a lot like the communist states we've seen in the last century), then I suppose I am indeed not your brand of "right wing." I want actual liberty. I want free markets (including across borders), I want people to be able to live their lives as they choose so long as they aren't harming someone else, I want everyone to have the same rights and opportunities.
Action movie where a former special forces guy decides to fight back against corporate tyranny and defend a town? Aw yeah, that sounds like FUN.

If you needed your daily reminder that Donald Trump is a dumbass, here you go. He says if you don't reject reality for his attempt to rename something, you are "THE ENEMY." Either turn off your brain and bend the knee, or be declared an enemy of the state. 1984, anyone?
Anyone looking for a solid gaming mouse for MMOs that's very affordable, the Redragon M908 is about $25 on Amazon Prime Days sale. I use the mouse and it's been good for me for a year and a half now.

It'd be interesting to see more people talking about the potential for "prediction markets" to influence elections. People might change their votes to try to win a bet, or be influenced into staying home because the "market prediction" says their candidate(s) will lose.
Well, we’ve had a botched start and now are uploading patches to the cars’ engine software. What a way to start the Bahrain Grand Prix in Malaysia! 😆
