Thank you for your support @Initialized!
.@bodyport has teamed up with @SutterHealth to bring its smart Cardiac Scale to patients living with heart failure. ~7.7M adults in the US live with heart failure. 30% die within a year, 40% in five years. And mortality rates have been climbing in people under 65. A simple daily step on Bodyport’s cardiac scale gives care teams insights from patients at home and gives care teams better insights. More about it here: vitals.sutterhealth.org/sutt…

Also posting for posterity - there’ll be a winner in the AI generated gaming space, one in distribution / marketplace, one in AI enabled engines, and maybe a few new studios.

So many Opus / Astra games being demoed so figure I’d share! I built this in 3 months of uber rides between meetings and the few hours after putting the kids to bed. Of course not possible without the models - but from a day to day handling perspective not possible without @superset_sh as my command center for agents. Thanks @FlyaKiet for encouraging me to share! Having done this for a bit (for learning) I have mixed feeling about a lot of what’s being shared with games right now - a lot of it feels like token maxing pageantry. But I’m open to being wrong. Building a new title from the ground up with new mechanics new views and of course rigorously play testing and balancing was still pretty time consuming. Not to mention all the work that still exists to market, test, and ultimately release your app. Plus random things like using AI to track down the family of a deceased artist for permission to use their work in my game posthumously (I still have to manually find them). But maybe if you’re a game veteran you know all the right balancing tricks already. For me it only dawned on me tonight that my health bar damage shouldn’t be linear for a good user experience. Whoops! eimyrja.gg

After all the projects I've been tooling around with on the side, I can only surmise that somewhere someone in their garage is building the next AI-enabled device that's *not* a productivity tool, but is essentially a dedicated social/entertainment/relationship thing. Posting for posterity.

Quite frankly one of the most cracked team of product engineers in SF today
we're hiring engineers of @AsideAI $160k-300k + significant equity, in-person SF we're growing crazy fast (25% WoW) and now building v2 join us if you wanna build the harness from the ground up (memory, computer use, compaction, agent loop) and compete with frontier labs

Super excited for this launch! The first thing I open in the morning, the last thing I open at night, and my go to app between meetings, calls, and while in transit. I manage mobile app development, remote servers, even my kids’ Minecraft servers. Everything in Superset mobile!
Introducing Superset for iPhone. Remotely control agents running on your computer. Review and ship PRs from your pocket.

This is a huge unlock. After spending most of the year flying around Asia and the US, there’s definitely something here to investigate - and GutGutGoose is tool to get us there.
We just revolutionized a trillion dollar industry. Introducing GutGutGoose: The pill that engineers your microbiome. The only company in the world that creates a personalised probiotic for you, retests to prove we aren't placebo, and if you're not satisfied, you get every single dollar back. @Gutgutgoose

I was impressed by this hackathon demo on Friday. This Friday, I helped judge c0mpiled-11, a hackathon in SF organized by @karrwinn and @transposevc. VOYGR had a dedicated prize to award to one of the teams using the VOYGR API to build something cool. Jiwoo Kim built a goal-driven voice agent, Aria, that helps you achieve your long-term goals, including in the real world. You tell it what you're trying to accomplish, such as running a marathon or renovating your kitchen, and it helps you make that happen. Chatbots, while generally useful, don't actually take things from your plate if they have to do with calling for an appointment or comparing options across contractors. Jiwoo Kim's project is different: he used a new VOYGR API (to be announced soon) to look for places that can support the goal’s advancement. In his demo, Jiwoo Kim had the system look for physical therapy appointments when a marathon prep run isn't going well. The product looked up suitable physical therapy options, then called them on the phone one by one to gather specific info, such as appointments available in the evening hours. Huge congrats, and look forward to seeing where this project goes! 📸 with Jiwoo Kim and James Tan on 24 Jul 2026 at c0mpiled-11 in SF

I finally finished this pet project: openclaw, gstack, gbrain, microphone, speaker, voice, sms, cellular/wifi/ble connectivity, Claude code, github - memory, on-demand applications, and connectivity. This thing can write and use its own custom apps locally, make and receive phone calls and sms (process them too), store memory on device, and interact with USB or BLE connected peripherals it’s never seen before. Full write up after YC SUS and hackathons!
