@Friendlys My husband and I enjoyed a lobster roll meal last night at your Convent Station, NJ, store. The bill came to just under $75 before tax and tip. My waitress assured me that the points would be applied to my Friendly's app account. They were not. 1/
There was some difficulty with the main register (happens frequently) so she took my phone # to another register and assured me the points had been applied. When I got home, I saw they had not. I tried to contact you via the app, but it wouldn't send the message. 2/

An aquarium in Japan realized that its conger eels have a habit hiding in tight spaces and came up with this display. They pack themselves in so it looks like an ehomaki sushi roll.
(This type of eel is also eaten as sushi. It's called "anago" in Japanese)
