It's electoral system. We should have a winner win all. If someone have the highest vote he govern while others forfeit their numbers. Eg Mmusi get 38% then Juju get 10% John get 18% Cyril gets 30% Mashaba get 2 % and others share 2%

The ANC played with power.
They kept and defended a President who was never concerned about rebuilding the party and improving service delivery.
His only preoccupation is privatisation of state assets, and less regard to what happens to the ANC.

I think those CSIR and IPSOS predictions are meant to influence voting outcomes.
But we get excited because "Scientific" evidence.
Why would they predict DA winning or leading every Metro ?
They claim to be using available previous data, what previous data suggesting DA has led Metros ?
At some point we will need a Madlanga commission to look into IEC and the so called scientific evidence.
