If I had a retail operation, I would accept #Bitcoin and to encourage its use, I’d cover the sales tax.

We give extraordinary amounts of emotional energy to things Scripture tells us are “passing away” (1 John 2:17).
That does not make temporal matters irrelevant. It makes them relative.
Christ’s Kingdom will remain when every earthly kingdom is gone.
Order your loves accordingly.

🇺🇸🚨 BREAKING:
The US just took its first real legislative step toward a permanent Bitcoin reserve. Here's exactly what happened today, and why it matters more than another committee vote usually would.
The House Financial Services Committee just advanced H.R. 8957, the American Reserve Modernization Act, ARMA for short.
Here's what it actually does:
Seized Bitcoin stops getting auctioned off by the government. It flows straight into a Treasury-held reserve instead.
A 20-year lockup. No trading, no swapping, no selling, full stop.
Mandatory third-party proof-of-reserve audits. Real, verifiable confirmation the coins are actually there.
New purchases must be budget-neutral. No new taxes. No new debt. Treasury and Commerce first have to study how that's even possible.
Here's the part that actually changes everything: right now, the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve exists only because Trump signed an executive order in March 2025. That means the next president could erase it with a single signature, no debate, no vote, nothing. A law passed by Congress can't be undone that easily.
That's the real headline. This isn't about buying more Bitcoin today. It's about making the reserve that already exists impossible to casually delete.
What still has to happen:
A full House floor vote, still unscheduled, and time is genuinely tight. Members leave Washington after September 17th until after the November midterms.
Then the Senate, where there's no companion bill yet, and where 60 votes are required. One meaningful detail: Democrat Jared Golden is already a co-sponsor, giving this real bipartisan cover from day one.
There's also a possible shortcut: folding these provisions into the year-end defense budget (NDAA), a path that's worked for other contested bills before.
Finally, the president's signature. Once that happens, Treasury has 180 days to actually stand the reserve up.
Reality check, because this deserves one: today's vote didn't buy a single Bitcoin. This is a committee gate, not a finish line.
But for the first time ever, the idea of a US Bitcoin reserve is moving through actual legislation, not just an executive order sitting one signature away from disappearing.
Pleased to see #BTC digesting all the negative noise and churning right along in the mid $70s. She’s boiling under the surface.

So many people make the mistake of focusing on things you can't control:
> inflation
> interest rates
> stock market
instead of focusing on things you can control:
> your expenses
> your income
> your investment allocation & choices
> your discipline

Proud to be a Tennesseean 🦋
Huge shoutout to our crew that helped with this quick project!
The midterm elections present a very clear choice: crazy vs common sense. Democrats are fighting to open our borders, raise your taxes, and allow criminals to roam free on our streets. Republicans are fighting for an America we can all be proud of.

We have legally slaughtered over 65 million babies in the last 53 years. The outpouring of support for a sadistic mother who deliberately slaughtered her own children is the direct result. Life has been so, so cheapened.

If I was in my 20s or 30s and was starting to save:
I wouldn’t buy stocks.
I’d buy Bitcoin.
Here’s the playbook:
• Open an account at @River
• Buy Bitcoin every payday (5–10% of income)
• Be consistent
• Move to self-custody later
Wealth doesn’t come from complexity.
It comes from repetition.
Simple habits.
Life-changing results.

Deflation being “bad” for an economy is the biggest crock of shit that we have been generationally trained to believe
Deflation is bad for THIS credit based system, full of leveraged banks etc.
Deflation itself is the natural state of a free market and would benefit every consumer in an economy
As humans get better at making things, those things should become less expensive, not more expensive
Things get more expensive because your money is being diluted to continually bail out the system
A few people benefit wildly from this while the majority of people are literally being stolen from
This is not an exaggeration.

To understand just how dangerously far down the "slippery slope" of depravity America has fallen, consider for a moment that, had Lindsay Clancy been in the local Walmart with her three children, and been seen paddling them for misbehaving, she already would be in jail, with her current apologists demanding that she lose all custody of those children!

In 1988 Dolly Parton pulled every 7th and 8th grader in Sevier County into a room and told them to pick a buddy.
She made them sign a contract.. if BOTH graduate, she hands you both $500. One fails, nobody gets paid.
The county dropout rate went from 35% to 6%.

The promotion of trans kids is the result of the secular American culture being handed over to a depraved mind by God Himself.
It's God's wrath in the form of abandonment (Rom 1:28).
It started with Christians approving the sexual liberation movement, which then led to supporting the sexual perversion of LGBTQ. Now the absurdity and depravity of transgenderism is pushed on the innocence of kids.
When the Church compromises on God’s design for male, female, marriage and sexuality, it affirms the very culture Romans 1 warns about (Rom 1:32).
When truth is suppressed, God gives a culture over to its own desires. The path back isn't compromise, it’s unashamedly standing firm on the biblcal Gospel of Jesus Christ (Rom 1:16).
