Opponents of CA Prop 40 (the Billionaire's Tax) have launched a clipping campaign, paying accounts $1.50 CPM to post clips of Gavin Newsom, Jon Lovett & Jodi Hicks (Planned Parenthood).
Accounts are required to have at least 30% US audience and must run a disclaimer.
The same clipping company, ClipIt, is also running a campaign to support Prop 42, which would effectively negate the Prop 40 if it passes. It has very similar terms and requirements and also pays $1.50 CPM

Bolsonaro drove across the border to Argentina then flew to Ecuador then Miami where the U.S. is giving him parole and soon a green card. All of this was brokered by Jason Miller, who works with the Bolsonaro family and is a close advisor to Trump.

"Everyone here in Minnesota knows he did all the research in the videos he made with Nick Shirley. Please consider helping him."
Cam Higby has now raised over $1,000 (in less than two hours) to support him in the wake of news that he's been charged with two felonies in Minnesota. One donor gave $400, saying "Appreciate you and O’Keefe putting the Minnesota vouching system on record. Standing with you against the charges."
Shout out to @HugoLindgren who helped Life Magazine get reborn. Very much looking forward to getting my hands on the first issue

NEW: Gina Hinojosa paid $150K to a clipping firm to promote her campaign for governor. Yet despite rules in TX requiring disclaimers on paid political content, none of the hundreds of posts had disclosures of any kind.

Here are examples of copycat posts from large accounts that don't have the disclaimer. As you can see, they are all exactly the same.
NEW: A judge has dismissed all defamation claims against Candace Owens by Brigitte Macron today. He kept the case against her companies but left open the possibility that the entire case could be rendered moot on statute of limitations grounds.

The Delaware court ruled that b/c Owens lives in TN it does not have jurisdiction over her; but because her two companies are registered in Delaware, they remain in the case.
Separately, it ruled that b/c the Macrons live in France, that country's statute of limitations applies
Candace scored what can fairly be called a partial but very real win over Brigitte Macron in court today 👇
