And also, what a cracking interview with @markaustintv - who is the best in the business, in my humble opinion. I’ve heard him talk about this before but to speak live on air with your work colleagues about it in such a candid manner is something else.
SJ - what a wonderful interview with Peter Quinney. I’m half that age and the only exercise I get is one sit up a day - when I get up in the morning. And that’s without a leotard. I love these inspirational stories on The UK Tonight.
I was on the train home from work and a man came down the aisle who I thought was the cleaner as he was carrying a massive plastic bag with what looked like litter in it. So I started putting a load of my used snotty tissues in it. But he wasn’t a cleaner. It was his shopping 😂
