Netanyahu's Likud party won more votes than it did in the last election, in 2022. This time it won 1,157,000 votes and 27 seats. In 2022 it won 1,115,000 votes and 32 seats.
Likud lost five seats, but not because fewer people voted for it. More people voted for it after Netanyahu carried out genocide and ethnic cleansing in Gaza, expanded settlements in the West Bank, and seized land in Gaza, Syria, and Lebanon. It lost those seats because turnout rose, especially among Palestinians.
Israel wants a butcher to rule it. It is a society that thirsts for Arab blood, roused by our suffering.
