Such a powerful quote here. The reality is people won’t find fault in those who rest in the land of mediocrity. The people who endure the most criticism are highly motivated. As long as you are standing still, no one will complain. Whether you are a teacher or in an administrative role… πŸ”ΉDon’t stand still. πŸ”ΊTake the leap. πŸ”ΉTry new things. πŸ”ΊAnd always do what’s best for kids, even when it’s hard. Will you be criticized by some? Yes. But is this leadership? Absolutely yes. Remember… Dogs don’t bark at parked cars… …They bark at the cars who are moving. Keep moving forward and keep doing what’s best for kids. This is leadership.
