I don’t understand the clowns bitching about fans cheering for Pete, or for chanting “Fire Stearns.” Are the fans of a top 3 payroll baseball team supposed to be chanting “Thank You Stearns” when we missed the fucking playoffs two years in a row, and a probable 3-4 more years?

This team was a fucking joke not even a quarter into the season. Between not firing Mendoza earlier, Wonder Boy Stearns trying to reinvent the wheel, and an overall lack of care and/or grace from the ownership (remember the free tickets whining); this was genuinely the worst shit
