Every Jamaican should be mandated to have a National Identification Number.
The US has SSN, Canada has SIN, UK has NINO.
Having listened to the clip just now and I have attached same, the concern remains. There is a difference between urging people to register rather than saying "...everyone who is seeking to get a benefit through the recovery process, whether it is the grants or whatever it is, that you MUST go and register under the national identification system."
PM @AndrewHolnessJM should clarify his statement.
