👩⚖️ Juror Paula Devlin is back speaking exclusively to NBC10's Nicole Moeder and this time she was holding back tears.
She has now sat down for multiple interviews and every single time she says the same thing.
She believed Lindsay Clancy. She still believes Lindsay Clancy. And she is devastated they could not deliver a verdict for her.
She carefully walked through where the jury found doubt in the Commonwealth's case and opened up again about the deliberations that destroyed all of them emotionally.
The holdout acknowledged reasonable doubt. Watched the foreperson fill out the not guilty forms. And still refused.
Five jurors have now spoken publicly. All five say the same thing.
September 29 is the next court date. Reddington is asking the judge to enter a full finding of not guilty that would bar any retrial forever.
