Not chasing speed right now, just getting the little things right! 🥎 Still easing back into pitching and using this time to really focus on my fundamentals, toe drive, and mechanics. Not throwing full speed yet, but every rep has a purpose. The speed will come. Right now, I’m focused on putting in the work and doing things the right way! 💪🏼 #classof2029 @Org_LLG @sophwools @SoftbalAmerica @PrepSoftball @TopPreps @TOP_D1RECRUITS @kklindy123 @HailStateSB @Coach_Ricketts @MrCoachTbratt @tarynemckinney @CoachZacShaw @volsoftball @KarenWeekly @MRhodesSmith @EhrenEarleywine @aubrey_lynne10 @UNCSoftball @coachmegsmith @c_lyon22 @coachkiwij @Laurinwatts @AlabamaSB @UACoachMurphy @lmcmahon7 @KaylaBraud1 @adamarbour @LibertySB @CoachDot_LU @kickem2theKIRB @OhioStateSB @Coach2K_OSU @Strimp25 @KarliSpaid @Brynne_Dordel @GatorsSB @_TimWalton @AricThomas1 @FranEnea10 @svanbrak @UKsoftball @UKCoachLawson @UKCoachHimes @HokiesSoftball @VTechSBcoach @michaellew10 @UnityCoachJosh @HuemulMata

A little bit of everything at lessons last night! 🥎💪🏼 Felt good to get back to working on my curveball! Spent time dialing in my mechanics and getting some swings in, too. I’m primarily a PO, but it was fun getting back in the batter’s box! A few more reps before heading to Florida for the Ray Seymour Invitational! 🌴🥎 #ClassOf2029 #RHP #SoftballRecruiting @Org_LLG @sophwools @SoftbalAmerica @PrepSoftball @TopPreps @TOP_D1RECRUITS @kklindy123 @HuemulMata @UnityCoachJosh @michaellew10 @VTechSBcoach @HailStateSB @Coach_Ricketts @MrCoachTbratt @tarynemckinney @UKCoachHimes @UKCoachLawson @UKsoftball @volsoftball @KarenWeekly @MRhodesSmith @EhrenEarleywine @aubrey_lynne10 @svanbrak @FranEnea10 @AricThomas1 @_TimWalton @GatorsSB @UNCSoftball @coachmegsmith @c_lyon22 @coachkiwij @Laurinwatts @Brynne_Dordel @KarliSpaid @Strimp25 @Coach2K_OSU @OhioStateSB @AlabamaSB @UACoachMurphy @lmcmahon7 @KaylaBraud1 @adamarbour @LibertySB @CoachDot_LU @kickem2theKIRB

Ray Seymour Invitational in the books! 🌴🥎 Great weekend in Florida with my LLG Elite girls! Got a couple innings in the circle as I continue working my way back into game action. Still building up my pitching workload, but it felt great to compete and keep making progress! Looking forward to getting back into strength and conditioning this week and adding a second pitching session to my weekly routine. Excited for what’s ahead! 💪🏼 #LLGElite #ClassOf2029 #RHP #SoftballRecruiting @sophwools @SoftbalAmerica @Org_LLG @PrepSoftball @TopPreps @TOP_D1RECRUITS @kklindy123 @AlabamaSB @UACoachMurphy @lmcmahon7 @KaylaBraud1 @UKsoftball @UKCoachLawson @UKCoachHimes @LibertySB @CoachDot_LU @kickem2theKIRB @OhioStateSB @Coach2K_OSU @Strimp25 @KarliSpaid @Brynne_Dordel @HailStateSB @Coach_Ricketts @MrCoachTbratt @tarynemckinney @CoachZacShaw @HokiesSoftball @VTechSBcoach @michaellew10 @UnityCoachJosh @HuemulMata @GatorsSB @_TimWalton @Coach_AT @FranEnea10 @svanbrak @UNCSoftball @coachmegsmith @c_lyon22 @coachkiwij @Laurinwatts @volsoftball @KarenWeekly @MRhodesSmith @EhrenEarleywine @aubrey_lynne10

Adding a little more to the mix! 🥎🔥 Got some pitching work in today, focusing on mechanics and starting to work my screwball back in. Not all the way back yet… but I’m BACK. 🥎 First pitching lesson since my stress fracture! Definitely didn’t go 100% today, but getting to step back in the circle felt pretty amazing. One step closer. A lot more work to do.
