My @punk6529 MEME accumulation strategy is going smoothly
I’m currently reading a book by @ripcache and here’s what’s clear so far:
An anonymous artist, GargoyleWasHere, installs a concrete gargoyle on a cathedral on Halloween. It falls and smashes the windshield of a young woman named Madi. He pays for the repairs. They meet. He loses his job and his apartment. And then, the city burns.
This isn’t a story about vandalism. It’s a story about how a meme becomes a piece of evidence. 🧵
Gargoyle didn’t set fire to the cathedral.
But in his confession, he tells the priest: "I didn’t start the fire. But I suppose I did strike a match."
His gargoyles become a trend—"gargoyle-core"—with teenagers climbing onto rooftops to livestream. Four of them bring a flare to the cathedral; a drone explodes, and the sanctuary goes up in flames.
While Gargoyle remains in hiding, his works sell for tens of thousands, and curator Rhea offers twice that amount for a new sculpture.
He needs cash today: a $9,365 debt, the threat of eviction, and an anonymous envelope of money intended for Madi.
The question isn’t "who set fire to the church."
The question is: who turned art into a crime—the artist, the market, or everyone who watched?
'wait, why did 6529 just launch e2e encrypted quantum-resistant private messaging, i thought it was just an art launch platform?'
'wait.. why are people launching node validators.. is there a chain?'
'wait.. are the meme cards actually miners in disguise?'
'wait.. they have their own museum, they fund their own research, they own their own property.. they are sovereign?'
it's never been hiding, it just found the ones who wanted to find it

Last call: 30 free mints of “Unwashed Bystanders” by @manznano ☘️
Unwashed Bystanders is a collection of 300 artworks by Frank Manzano, presented by @opensea and our Daily Program. Frank made the images at night, mostly between midnight and three in the morning, photographing strangers from hundreds of feet away through a digital lens at 25x magnification.
The distance removes detail, and the people in the frame become faint, ambiguous forms. In post-processing, Frank cut, enlarged, blurred and sharpened these fragments, sometimes adding rough drawings or cloned textures to fill in missing limbs. The collection looks at the gap between real people and the ideas we project onto them.
👀 → Frank has offered 30 free mints for our community to celebrate the launch. To enter, share this post and reply with your ETH wallet address. Entries close today, Tuesday, November 3 at 1 PM ET, when we will select the 30 wallets.
Selected wallets can mint for free during the Community Mint on Wednesday, November 4 at 12:40 PM ET, with a limit of 1 per wallet.

I have a few favorite artists, and I would certainly love for them to release work on the 6529 platform. I think this is important for the entire NFT sector.
Newcomers who haven’t had a release yet:
@omentejovem
@Itsfredi1
and such masters, whose releases I would like to see reissued:
@GrantYun2
@Reuben_Wu
No one in the NFT space is doing more for decentralization than @punk6529 building a meme ecosystem and a decentralized network. Don’t sit on the sidelines.
Some new features:
Two new contracts will be introduced:
6529 Stream — for unique 1/1 works
6529 Editions — for 1/x editions
Auctions will start at 0 ETH, with the price determined by the market. There will also be open-edition options for artists who prefer to have their own separate contract.
Punk is also reducing its share of influence so as not to exert excessive pressure on the system and to allow the network to develop in a more decentralized manner.
Consequently, the number of copies allocated to the team will be reduced. Now is the perfect time to speak up and influence Epoch 2.
