Dhoni gave some really solid, straightforward advice. If you haven’t heard it yet, definitely give it a listen. It’s not just for Gen Z, but for people of all ages. This advice is especially relevant in today’s time.

The problem isn’t that AI is intelligent. It isn’t. The problem is that too many adults (but not all) are at once mechanistic, imitative, unimaginative, stupid, formulaic, influenceable, & gullible, arrogant beyond their skill set, & too expensive to maintain.

The person who designed your life is gone. You are living inside their decisions. The one who chose your career. Your partner. The one who signed the lease, took the job, said yes to the thing that redirected everything after it. You would barely recognize them if you met them today. You cannot go back and ask them what they were thinking. You can only live inside the consequences. That is the condition. You are always inhabiting a life that was designed by a previous version of yourself. Someone with less information, less experience, and a different understanding of what mattered. You are living in a stranger’s future. The stranger just happened to be you at a different time. And right now, at this exact moment, you are doing the same thing to the next version. Every decision you make today is on behalf of someone who does not yet exist. Someone with different knowledge. Different priorities. Different regrets. Someone who will look back at this moment with information you do not have and judge the choice you are about to make without the context you are making it in. You are making permanent decisions for a temporary version of yourself. Every contract. Every marriage. Every commitment that extends beyond tomorrow was made by someone who will not be the one keeping it. The version of you that made the promise and the version of you that has to keep it are not the same person. They share a name. They share a body. They share a thread of memory that connects them in a line. But the values shifted. The priorities rearranged. The understanding deepened in ways the previous version could not have predicted, because the deepening came from the very experiences the decision set in motion. The commitment created the person who would eventually question it. That is not a failure of character. That is the architecture of growth. You cannot become the person who sees the flaw in the decision without first living through the consequences of making it. The wisdom that makes you question the choice did not exist until the choice produced it. Every version of you was doing their best with what they had. And what they had was always incomplete. Not because they were careless. Because the information that would have changed the decision only became available after the decision was made. That is the cruelest feature of time. It delivers understanding on a delay. The lesson arrives after the exam. The clarity arrives after the commitment. The perspective arrives after the window to use it has closed. And yet. You are still here. Inside a life assembled by a sequence of people who were all you and none of whom had the full picture. The person you are right now will not be the person living in this life five years from now. They will inherit your choices the way you inherited the choices of the person you were five years ago. They will wonder about some of them. They will be grateful for others. And they will make new ones. For someone who doesn’t exist yet. With incomplete information. In the dark. Doing their best. You have never once made a decision with full knowledge of what it would cost, who it would change you into, or whether the person you became would still want what the person you were had chosen. And you decided anyway. Every single time. That is either the most reckless thing a conscious being can do or the most courageous. It has always been both.

I'm done with traditional travel. I'm tired of dragging luggage through airports, rushing through cities, standing in queues, and travelling thousands of miles just to look at a monument someone built hundreds of years ago. I don't care about ticking off the Eiffel Tower, the Taj Mahal, the pyramids. Fuck 'em. I want to find a quiet place in the mountains and stay there for 10 days. Wake up slowly. Drink coffee with a view. Listen to the birds. Go for walks. Read books. Think. Do absolutely nothing. That's it. Stillness and peace. That's all I want.

Coming back from the dead is arguably one of if not the very best masculine experiences for confidence I have spoken to some very high level operators who have been destroyed and zero'd out in their mid thirties by bankruptcy, divorce getting ugly and a multitude of other things and those individuals who eat those shots and came back to the arena swinging and rebuilt themselves from basically nothing; everyone of those motherfuckers has that untouchable it factor swagger and its so potent Those moments where you're down and out, took a risk which was 95% of NW; got clipped and now you barely have money for rent without hopping on uber for 30 hours a week for the next 4 weeks, or maybe you even go into heavy debt and get clipped Those are the moments that forge the spirit and make the man in complete totality, if a man can connect to his vision for himself and revive from those angles from the dead he will know a strength and a power like no other Fear is such a neurotic mistress, its so easy to be consumed by fear when everything is going perfectly and it can paralyse you even when things are great, but then once you get destroyed into the dirt and all your nightmares are at the door, all of them have transformed and become real now it is strangely at this very point when they have no power over you, the point where you're in the most danger you care the very least as you have gained strength from engaging and welcoming your shadows, once you welcome something and you are truly not bothered by it; you swallow its soul and it animates you into correct posture and life force and you can utilise that as an additional limb of some sort It's never getting decimated that really deconstructs men, you will always live in a glass house afraid of the wind when you have never realised you can survive the coldest nights and its genuinely that realisation that is the foundation of becoming and growing beyond who you actually are Unless you fail truly at some point, you will never develop the courage to be who you truly could be, as the protection of your little ego will prevent you from truly taking on the almighty behemoth challenges Failing brutally atleast once destroys your ego and liberates you, it almost acts as an additional health bar Always the dudes who have done the least who are the most stressed and the men who are the most calm who have been in the war the longest Otherwise you will live to protect your illusions forever

Sentences that changed my life: • Neuroplasticity will make you a millionaire. • Subconscious programming runs your life. • The best investments have asymmetric risks. • Working in a flow state is the most productive. • Hang around high performers to become one. • People buy your energy, not your skills. • F*ck around and figure it out. • Stress is a sign of growth, not a defect. • Be an athlete, an artist, or an entrepreneur. • The future belongs to non-linear careers. • Treat social media like a video game. • Have a psychopathic sense of urgency. • Delusional optimism is how you win. • Writing is thinking. • Selling is just helping people. • Only leverage creates wealth. • You will never get rich on a salary. • Smart people overthink everything. • Do the opposite of 99% of society. • To persuade, make people feel something. • Share a worldview online instead of a niche. • Posting on YouTube builds trust faster in an AI world. • The solution to money problems is just to make more money. • Either figure out sales & marketing, or work a job where a company does it for you.

never ever look desperate in life, especially when everything around you is falling apart. remain calm. money's gone? stay calm. heartbroken? stay calm. all your plans collapsed? stay calm. panic changes nothing, and desperation makes you do humiliating shit. beg for opportunities, chase people who have already left, accept disrespect, make terrible decisions, all because you're terrified of uncertainty and silence. learn to contain yourself. you will be back up. learn to accept that sometimes it's simply your turn to suffer. there isn't always a deeper explanation, a hidden lesson or some grand reason behind it. sometimes life just beats the shit out of you, and right now it's your turn. stop asking "why me?" well, why not you? you asked for strength. did you expect strength to arrive wrapped in comfort? anybody can look strong when life is easy. what's so impressive about that? the real test of character is whether you can remain composed when everything around you is burning. hard times have a way of revealing whether your strength was actually character or just a facade built on favourable circumstances. you want to know the real flex? life's a complete shitshow and you move anyway. straighten your posture, get your head right and keep going. lost money? make it again. lost a person? keep moving. lost the plan? build another one. lost your footing? stand up again. but never, ever lose yourself. don't let a temporary season of suffering turn you into someone you wouldn't respect when life gets better. and one day, the same season that nearly took you out will become a story you tell casually. not to prove how strong you were, not to seek sympathy, but because you're genuinely past it. because you've lived long enough to realise just how temporary all of this shit really is, and understand that staying composed doesn't mean pretending nothing hurts. you can grieve, you can be exhausted, you can admit that life is fucking terrible right now. just don't let your suffering make your decisions for you. never be desperate. take the hit, keep your posture, protect your dignity and let life test how badly you actually want to become the person you've always envisioned. you can lose almost everything and still rebuild. just make sure you don't lose yourself in the process.
