Her PhD research was carried out under the guidance of Dr. Avinash Kumar, Scientist-E & SIC, NCPOR. Her doctoral thesis titled “Polar Sea-Ice Variability and Dynamics: Linkage between Ocean–Atmospheric Forcing,” focuses on understanding the drivers of Arctic and Antarctic sea-ice variability and the role of coupled ocean–atmosphere processes in shaping global climate systems. The research also provides important insights into the teleconnection between Arctic sea-ice variability and the Indian Summer Monsoon, highlighting how polar sea ice changes can influence regional weather patterns over the Indian subcontinent. @moes @Ravi_moes @Tmeloth @AvinashKumar @JuhiYadav94 @MangaloreUniv
