Debbie Allen and Phylicia Rashad talk about EMBRACING aging naturally and loving every IMPERFECTION, while calling out Hollywood for making women feel like they need to CHANGE themselves to stay beautiful 👀
Debbie says one of the FIRST things she was told when she got to Hollywood was to REDUCE HER LIPS 😲
“When I first got to Hollywood, the man that was managing me wanted me to go and get my lips reduced. I said, ‘Why do I want them to be small? They look like my daddy’s lips. Why do I want them to be smaller?’ This perception of beauty has to start within.”
