39yoF with Hx of recurrent syncope and bradycardia. After a 4 day temporary femoral pacemaker she d/c with left sided loop recorder 2yr ago. She presents with fever of 103F, L-arm/breast pain, and purulent drainage at device implant site. PSH b/l breast implants x10yr.
