Today's the 30th anniversary of Final Fantasy VI, my favorite game of all time. I was hoping to organize a big multimedia collaboration project with friends, but this has not been my year. Still, I can't let the day pass unremarked. I love FFVI so much. It's my creative muse.

Here's to a game that game out 3 full decades ago (!!!), that irrevocably shaped the person I grew up to be, that demonstrated finding hope in the darkness when all seems lost, that is flawed and dated and yet still moving and effective all these years later. I love you, FFVI!

I've posted up my Final Fantasy VI fanfic, "Rays of Hope," from the @ffladieszine Lucida Sidera. Here's a preview of it alongside one of the lovely illustrations by miniyuna. Yes, it's about Celes reuniting with Terra at Mobliz in the World of Ruin!

Today is my ninth streamiversary! On July 3, 2015, I went live for the first time playing Earthbound. I was so nervous and unsure what to expect, but I loved it, and nine years later I'm so glad to still be here. Thanks for supporting me! I'm not done yet...
