There’s more than one way to look at a problem. The interesting part is how you get to your answer.
That’s a big part of AI engineering, too. Recognising patterns, testing possibilities and working through problems instead of rushing to a conclusion.
Try the puzzle. Then take that curiosity a step further.
The next Learn2Earn Trials intake begins November 2. Play the Selection Game to get started.

Ajim Capital is proud to back @learn2earnNG and Talent Nation.
Led by @kesiah_frank and @iAboyeji, the team is building the training, certification and global talent platform for Africa's AI engineers.
Early traction:
> 63,000+ applications
> 32,000+ candidates assessed
> ~1,400 fellows training across 9 campuses in Nigeria
Their bet: as AI adoption grows, hiring an AI engineer in Africa will cost less than running an AI agent.
We're excited to back the team putting African talent at the centre of building with AI.

We’re incredibly excited that @AjimCapital investment in @learn2earnNG and Talent Nation is now public!
We backed @kesiah_frank and Iyinoluwa Samuel Aboyeji Jr because we believe African talent has a defining role to play in building with AI.
Already: 63,000+ applications, 32,000+ candidates assessed, and approximately 1,400 fellows training across 9 campuses in Nigeria.
But something Iyin said during our call really stayed with me: as AI adoption grows, he believes hiring an AI engineer in Africa will become more affordable than using an AI agent.
That’s a bold statement. And after spending time with them, I have no doubt they believe they can make it happen.
They’re building the training, certification, and global talent platform to put that conviction to work.
Proud to back Kesiah, Iyin, and the Talent Nation team.
They had different backgrounds, but they knew the same problem: getting feedback on what they built.
So Gbenga and Oghenerume did what builders do. They built a solution.
Showcase Producthunt is their AI-powered platform for fellows to share their work and get feedback from other builders.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Monday Ezieh, a member of the Learn2Earn Fellowship community.
Monday was more than a name on the roster. His passing is a loss we hold with deep sadness.
Our hearts are with his family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved him. We hope they find comfort in the people around them as they navigate this difficult time.
He will be remembered with care and respect. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
When Itunu joined Learn2Earn, communicating her ideas and pitching herself didn’t come easily. Through peer learning, brainstorming and solving problems with others, she’s grown more confident in how she communicates, contributes and collaborates.
That growth is showing up in what she builds, too.
Drawing on her experience as an internal auditor, Itunu is developing Team Expense Card, an app designed to help businesses manage staff cards, monitor transactions and track individual expenses from one dashboard.
Using React, Express and AI coding tools, she’s working on a problem she understands from experience.
For Itunu, the support of people who are willing to share knowledge, troubleshoot code and work through ideas together has been an important part of the fellowship.

He went from building static websites with HTML and CSS to developing an international payment application powered by blockchain and AI.
Meet Olayiwola, a Learn2Earn Fellow building Flow Pay, a platform designed to make sending and managing money across borders easier. It combines blockchain technology, security features and an AI assistant that lets users manage transactions through voice or text.
Since joining the AI Engineering Fellowship, Olayiwola has grown beyond frontend development to work across backend systems and databases, learning how to use AI to accelerate what he builds.
His goal? Solve real problems and create more opportunities through technology in Nigeria.

Selling fresh produce comes with a timing problem.
Farmers need to know what to stock, how much to supply, and when buyers need it. Widad is building a solution for that.
Meet Farmyn, a centralised e-commerce platform Widad is developing as a Learn2Earn Fellow to connect farmers with their customers and make selling perishable produce easier to manage.
Farmers can manage inventory, set prices and track stock, while advance planning helps suppliers communicate their needs before produce is required.
But Farmyn isn’t the only thing taking shape. Through Learn2Earn, she has found a community where people with different levels of technical experience work through problems together. The connections have also opened doors to professional opportunities and gigs.
Her advice? Stop procrastinating. Technology keeps evolving, and there’s always something new to learn.

Emmanuel was stuck in tutorial hell: learning to code, taking in new concepts, but not building enough with what he knew.
Then he found Learn2Earn through a group chat, played the Selection Game and took the next step.
Now, he’s building Kola, an AI-powered customer service solution designed for banks and businesses. Inspired by his own frustrations with customer service, Kola uses AI agents to handle customer interactions in English, Nigerian Pidgin and Yoruba.
But for Emmanuel, one of the biggest gains from the fellowship has been collaboration: meeting people he can share ideas with, learn from and build alongside.
His advice on AI? Know your coding fundamentals. Understand what you’re building. AI can accelerate the process, but you need to know how to use it.
Whether you’re just getting started or already a senior engineer, you can find the support and community to keep building at Learn2Earn.

Zainab had taken the courses. She was learning backend development on her own. But she wasn’t getting enough opportunities to put what she knew into practice or build with other people.
Now, as a Learn2Earn Fellow, she’s building Zap Escrow — a platform designed to address trust between buyers and sellers in e-commerce, by holding funds in escrow which can be accessed through a Telegram channel and a web platform.
Working with technologies like Node.js, NestJS, Go, Python and AI coding tools, she’s putting her skills to work on a real problem.
Her advice? Find a place where you can put what you’re learning into practice.
