很多人都没明白为什么二次上传需要作者同意——想象一下某一天醒来你发现自己因为写smut和pwp被执法机关传唤，而源头是某个傻屌未经同意把你发到ao3的文章传到了其他地方被举报/泄露。这是知情同意和自我保护的问题，懂吗!! 论坛被抄家和进局子你选哪一个？？？

我其实从未想过我这个号火的推文是关于同人社区的乱像…在这之前我一直认为外国的同人社区会比国内好很多，现在看来并非如此… 我想任何形式的同人创作都应该被尊重，包括但不限于fanfic、fanart、fanzine、AMV、cover、cos…… 虽然是基于原作的二创，但至少二创部分属于我们这些二次创作者不是吗

如果你们真的在意版权，就不该一边享受着同人创作带来的内容和快乐，一边在创作者要求基本尊重时，突然搬出版权的大旗来压人。当自己想看时，二创是自由的无边界的；当自己想随意处置别人的劳动成果时，二创又成了不受保护的东西。

如果当同人创作者说：请不要这样随意转载我的作品这些疯子说：同人二创本来就是侵权原作，你的二创本不属于你。所以我们想怎么对待你的作品就怎么对待你们既然如此有版权意识就不该观看同人作品不是吗？你们其实并不在意版权亦或是什么其他，你们只是需要一个对自己有利的说辞。真是又当又立……
