Uploading photos from the @CanaryTrails Copthorne Races to my website now...
Should all be available shortly.
Absolutely no doubt in my mind that this is the finest Christmas film of all time. Not even close.
It’s #AdventMovieDoorChallenge! I’ll post a pic of a door from a film every day til Christmas. If you get it, don’t name it - others might still be guessing. Quote it if you can, or just tell me - I’ll believe you. Answer tomorrow.

If you sleep without a cover, it's your fault when the monsters get you. Everyone knows they can't get you when you're fully under the cover.
Quietly pleased to see 99% of the men's field chose the river crossing at the Uxbridge @metleaguexc today, but also pleased that it seems everyone got through safely.
Planning a midweek jaunt to The Peaks for a longish (~20 mile) run for some day in the week of the 12-16th (not Wednesday) if anyone fancies it?
All the @canarytrails Copthorne Races photos are online now at leonardmartin.photo/gallerie…
Out shooting the @CanaryTrails Copthorne races today.
@hangingwithmr and @herbalbug looking as strong as you’d expect after about half a mile. Only 99.5 km/miles (respectively) to go!
Waiting for the runners at the top of “Satan’s Staircase” towards the end of lap 1.
It’s a lovely day for it.

Only 2 weeks ago that I finished this challenge, and just over 7 months that I started it! I've had so much support completing this and met some amazing people
So thankful to everyone who has donated and helped

To honour his son Orion, who was stillborn, @gtuttle01 decided to run 8 ultra-marathons in aid of Tommy's: bit.ly/3Oe9Ewc
After finishing his final race, he's raised nearly £19,000 – an incredible amount which will make a huge difference to our work. Thank you, Gary 💗
Why have the apples been coming off the tree half eaten?
Who could possibly say...?
ALT Thieving bastard green parakeet stuffing its face with one of our apples.

Across the centuries, prejudice and bigotry has been overcome because people have taken a courageous stand against it. But even Martin Luther King didn’t go as far as risking an early booking that could be carried into the 1st knockout stage, so let’s not be unfair to England.

If you post a photo of a beach online on your social media, ffs please edit it to make the horizon level at least. The very fucking least
I post a nice goodbye message in the Slack for an organisation I've worked with for the last 6 years and some random guy I've never spoken to before replies trying to give me extra work for my last afternoon in the job.
My dude... no.
