Vote Michael Bennet out of office Colorado Enemy of crypto ✅
The American people deserve real guardrails on crypto. The Clarity Act is weak legislation that will only enable the President to continue lining his pockets while in office.

SEC Crypto Innovation Exemption This line will expedite the native issuance of stocks on Ethereum because synthetics, which essentially involve minting a stock that tracks the value of the underlying asset, are excluded from the exemption.

Democrats want to pass Clarity Act by end of year. Sparked by massive backlash they’ve gotten from crypto THIS is why I’ve been so loud recently The only way they will take crypto seriously is if we make it a big enough deal at elections. That’s what’s happening here

Democrats want to pass Clarity Act by end of year. What? My guess is it’s because of the MASSIVE backlash they’ve gotten from the 70 million crypto voters Like I’ve been saying… they only care about power… threatening to take it and their tune changes VERY QUICKLY Keep the pressure on! DO NOT go easy on them as it could be a ploy to take pressure off them at midterms
🚨NEW: A group of seven Senate Democrats, including @gillibrandny, @MarkWarner, @SenRubenGallego and @Sen_Alsobrooks, say they are “committed to working in a bipartisan fashion” to pass the Clarity Act. The statement comes amid early efforts to restart bipartisan talks and gauge the appetite on both sides for returning to the table and getting the Clarity Act passed before the end of the year, according to three sources familiar with the discussions.

They're bought by the banks. Vote out Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) @HawleyMO
🚨 JOSH HAWLEY EXPLAINS HIS NO VOTE ON THE CLARITY ACT 🚨 Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) was one of four Republicans (including @SenThomTillis, who switched his vote at the last minute) to break with the party and sink the crypto bill's advance in the Senate. His reasoning: "My concern is all to do with farmers in my state. Ag is our number one industry in Missouri, and farmers are so concerned they won't be able to get loans from small-town banks, because investors will leave those banks chasing the yields available under the bill." @HawleyMO said Sen. @JerryMoran, who also voted no, has language that could fix it - calling the issue "pretty doable" to resolve. "We've got to make sure those banks stay in operation, stay competitive, and have enough capital to make loans or our Missouri economy will collapse."
