When Nyoni came on, the number of direct passes he played to Isak was something I hadn't seen from any other player on the pitch. The beauty of his game is that he doesn't waste time running around with the ball. He looks for a quick, direct pass and keeps the game moving..

The best option for Iraola is to stick with either Wirtz or Szoboszlai. Playing both together is a disaster. We looked much more stable when Szoboszlai was injured. Both players tend to occupy the same spaces on the pitch, which disrupts the team's overall balance...

One game without Araujo, and we conceded three goals. That alone shows how important his presence is defensively, especially when he plays at right back. His defensive contribution makes a massive difference to the team.

We lost, but you can clearly see the improvement Irola has made. The best moment of the game for me was when Jacquet slipped, got back up, chased the ball and still managed to clear it. If he hadn't, it would've been a certain goal. Brilliant determination!

Let’s be honest, guys. We’ve wasted £250m on Wirtz and Barcola. Two average players worth £30–35m at best, yet we Liverpool fans are expecting them to produce the same brilliance as Mané and Coutinho. The expectations are world class, but the quality simply isn’t there.... Hope they prove me and many of us wrong.. there are some positive dudes out there and I salute them for not giving up on them..

I've been watching the Premier League since 2008, and I can't remember the last time I was so disgusted that I switched off the TV. Between Man City's financial charges and today's blatantly biased refereeing, I've genuinely lost faith in the integrity of this league. Football shouldn't feel this way.

Richard Hughes was paid to manage Liverpool’s financial resources, not waste them. He came in, signed players for massively inflated fees, paid almost double their worth, and then simply walked away, leaving Liverpool to deal with the mess he created Without doubt, the worst sporting director in Liverpool’s history.

Hope Liverpool fans are watching Doku playing and Barcola playing... Not expecting Barcola to turn in to a goal scoring machine but at least for that price tag a winger should create havoc..

It genuinely looks like we paid 123m for Victor Muñoz rather than Barcola. Muñoz is outperforming him right now. His hunger, desire, skills and the kind of runs he makes are absolutely frightening. The way he takes on defenders with such confidence is a joy to watch. What a player!

When will we get to see the brilliance of Barcola? Are we going to spend 100+ million players and wait for a season or 2 for them to get adapt?

How does man city buy so many players and pay them high wages?? Answer: City owners are paying their sponsors to sponsor them so that they can keep buying players and pay them high wages...

Bring Koumas on for Wirtz. We need his energy and directness up front. ⚡️

Why are the TV camera angles at Bournemouth’s stadium so bad? 😭 The camera is so low that the whole game looks flat, and you lose so much of the pitch. Watching a Premier League game shouldn’t feel like watching a Sunday league game.

Wirtz is an excellent player, but he sometimes seems a bit too much like a Mr Nice Guy. He’s physically stronger than Bernardo Silva, who had a hugely successful time at Man City. Bernardo was a bit more rough and streetwise, which meant opponents couldn’t easily push him off the ball. Wirtz needs to develop that side of his game, use his strength, stay on his feet and don’t allow himself to be displaced so easily.

Liverpool’s struggles yesterday were all about fitness. These players are used to Slot’s slow, walking football and don’t have the fitness needed for a Klopp or Iraola team. They squeezed everything out on Wednesday and looked exhausted against Fulham.
