Yesterday's downtime was due to issues with our DNS vendor. We are sorry, and taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future.

Shoutout to @Dell's 25-minute RAM delivery turnaround (!) I don't think I've even had takeout arrive that quickly.

We have been "failed-over" onto backup hardware for a day as a live-fire test. Everything's working fine, but replacing some bad memory.

We're performing some essential hardware maintenance while you're all asleep, drunk or having family time (or all of the above!).

Our migration is complete but we're seeing some residual issues with updating tickets. Working on that now!
