Sources told us that Donna Arthur was visibly mentally unwell and "far gone" and "in bad shape" while she was filming the Vivek Ramaswamy ad. NBC pulled the court filings from Donna Arthur's animal neglect charges which show one defense attorney suggested she needed a competency evaluation.
"Arthur, 82, exhibited a belief that animal rescue workers had conspired to take away her pets, and she accused a humane society officer and an animal rescue worker of 'stalking' her so they could steal her cats and sell them, the transcripts show."

Neil Young is suing Donald Trump for $10M after he played Young's ‘Rockin’ in the Free World’ as his walk-up music at a midterm rally in Ohio for the second time.
Young sued Trump’s campaign over the same song in 2020, and according to the new complaint, it settled right away and promised never to use the track without a license. And yet, the campaign did it again recently.
