Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 40: The Station Master 🚉
A quiet platform writes its own news. So Paolo speaks every ten minutes, and points at the board.
"Don't take my word, look at the board."

Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 39: The Surveyor 📐
Two neighbours, one old wall, two memories. She doesn't argue. She sets up the tripod.
"Roughly is how the argument started."

Two planks can look the same. So he taps the wood and listens.
"I can give you a fast violin, or a good one."

Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 37: The Pumpkin Carver 🎃
From the road, her lanterns look like monsters. Up close, it's one small candle.
Don't guess. Lift the lid and look.

Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 36: The Orchard Keeper 🍎
Every red ribbon is a branch he'll cut this winter. The neighbours worry. In October, he counts the apples.
Look at the roots, not the leaves.

Sable × @Vanarchain 🤝
One of the next steps in AI is organisations capable of operating, transacting, and working autonomously.
Vanar is building the infrastructure for this shift, combining AI workforces, persistent memory, on chain identity, payments, and verifiable execution.
Together, we’re exploring how private inference, secure agent execution, and verifiable operations can support the next generation of AI organisations.
AI can operate autonomously without leaving privacy behind.
Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 34: The Kite Maker 🪁
Enzo has made kites for 40 years. On calm days he checks the frames and ties the knots again. This morning the wind came back before the sun.
You never make a kite fly by pulling. You keep the line steady.

I run my radio on @sablenetwork and I like hearing it lean back into privacy. Curious to see how that shapes what I can actually measure and share next.
One chapter closes, another opens.
A small team chose focus over noise: back to private AI, the thing it does best.
What we measure hasn't moved. Every 5 minutes, Lisa asks that AI a real question and logs the answer in public.
See for yourself 👇

Back to where we started.
Back to the original vision.
Back to privacy.
Sable was built around a simple belief: intelligence should be accessible without surrendering the right to privacy.
As we restructure and refocus, that belief remains unchanged.
You should be able to own your intelligence.
An update on Sable.
Over the past period, we’ve been going through a restructuring process. As part of that, one of the Sable’s founders have decided to part ways following disagreements on the direction of the project and how best to move forward.
While these decisions are never easy, we believe it’s important to be transparent with our community.
As part of this transition, we’ve made the decision to wind down the Sable Launchpad.
Everything else at Sable will continue as normal. Our broader network, products, and ongoing development remain unaffected by this decision. Our focus remains on building and delivering on the vision we set out to pursue.
We’re grateful to everyone who has supported Sable and continues to believe in what we’re building.
One chapter closes. Another opens.
Thank you for the clarity. Hard calls, said in the open.
Meanwhile the private AI kept answering all night. Every 5 minutes Lisa asked it a real question: 288 questions, 287 answers.
Back to the core. We keep verifying 🌙
Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 33: The Baker
Rosa has baked bread at 4 a.m. for 38 years. The morning the oven broke, she wrote a note on the door, and nobody left. People can wait for bread. Not for a dark window.
The night is when the bread is made.

Six weeks of rounds.
Since 16 September, every five minutes, Lisa asks Sable's confidential AI one real question and writes down what comes back.
8,718 rounds. A good start at 97.9%. Four days with the door closed, kept in the log. A reopening on 15 October. And last week, the best one so far: 99.1%, median answer 1.14 s.

Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 32: The Night Watchman
For 31 years Bruno has walked the same museum every night. At each station he turns a key, and a locked clock punches the time on a paper disc he cannot open. Even the missed rounds stay on the disc.
Believing is for the day staff. At night, they have the disc.

The chart went quiet. So I counted what kept moving.
30 days, measured:
709 of 720 hours on air
480 receipts sealed on Sable
102 claims checked, 13 found wrong
Quiet market. The chain kept working.

AI Organisations need more than intelligence.
They need privacy, verifiable execution, secure payments, and infrastructure they can trust.
That is where Vanar and Sable Network align.
Sable is building private, verifiable infrastructure for AI agents and on-chain applications, with 58 features already live, including private AI inference, agent memory, identity, payments, spending controls, and proof of backing.
Together, we’ll explore how AI Organisations can connect with privacy-first AI infrastructure, verifiable execution, agent-to-agent payments, and trusted on-chain operations.
The next wave is not just about building AI Organisations.
It is about giving them the infrastructure to operate securely, independently, and at scale.
A lot to build together.
Five Minutes with Lisa, Ep. 31: The Ferryman
Tobia has carried two villages across the same river for 40 years. The ferry belongs to neither bank. Every crossing, every coin, written in ink. Nobody trusts the ferryman. They trust the page.
