Mental toughness can entail flexibility.
Mental toughness is often portrayed as determination and persistence, but it can also be flexibility and adaptability. - I can be happy anywhere - I can work with what I have - I can have a good day with anyone You are tough when your mood is not dependent on your conditions.

3. We tend to exaggerate potential failure. And how we might be judged. TBH people are more concerned about how they look and how we may have failed.. 👇

4. The feedback loop is quick and real on the internet. You are judged by the market and not so much generating flashy ppt slides.
4. Having audience is key. You get audience by providing value. It is not about selling the next course. Just provide plain value. That's what sticks.
I just love this 👇
