The point of writing this tweet is that the OP didn’t commit suicide, as the Reddit account is still active after this tweet, with his last Reddit post having his number. You can look it up, he’s very much alive. I’m not defending Roobet. Roobet knew the player was from Canada and still let him deposit and make a few withdrawals, but upon hitting a big win, Roobet finally blocked the withdrawal and asked for KYC documents, which the user tried sending to them, but probably was rejected for some reason. I’m not sure about this part, as Canadians are currently allowed to gamble on Roobet, so I can’t say whether Roobet allowed Canadians back in 2021. On the same Reddit account, the user was asking to buy a Canadian account too, just weeks before he was hit with this problem. Nonetheless, the user is still alive, selling “Microneedling” or whatever that stuff is. Can’t deny that Roobet used to pull shady stuff like this back then, but @hairlessEV twisting the story into the user committing suicide is lowkey wrong.
