For too long, the law has failed to adequately protect innocent men, husbands, and fathers from the devastating consequences of knowingly fabricated allegations of rape and sexual assault.
One false accusation can destroy a man’s reputation, career, marriage, financial security, and relationship with his children.
The Protect Men Act would establish:
• Class A Felony: 20 years to life in federal prison for knowingly and intentionally fabricating allegations of rape or sexual assault.
• Civil Accountability: Full restitution, compensatory and punitive damages, and asset forfeiture where legally authorized.
• Statutes of Limitations: Enforceable deadlines for bringing criminal charges, with no prosecution permitted after the applicable limitations period expires.
• Due Process: Full protection of the presumption of innocence, the right to confront adverse witnesses, and the requirement that guilt be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Good-faith complaints remain protected. Knowingly false accusations do not.
A man’s name is his reputation. His labor provides for his family. His liberty belongs to him. None should be taken without due process of law.
Protect fathers. Protect husbands. Protect families. Protect innocent men.

Day 110 in FDC Miami. No US charge. No trial. No conviction. Tate attorney Joseph McBride says if the judge rules against them, the team will go "straight to President Trump's office" and to Marco Rubio. Hearings are Nov 19 for Andrew and Nov 20 for Tristan in Miami. Both deny all charges.

First Russel Brand? Are the Tate brothers next!?
Russell Brand's lifestyle and past degenerate behavior arguably made him more vulnerable to criminal allegations and public scrutiny.
The Tate brothers present a different situation. To my knowledge, drugs and alcohol have not been established as factors in the alleged incidents. The Tate brothers were kick boxers who decided to run a webcam studio.
The UK prosecution will have to convince a jury that the alleged sexual assaults occurred, despite the defense's potential arguments that some complainants worked in the webcam industry, maintained or resumed contact with the brothers, and did not report the allegations until years later, after the Tates became internationally famous.
The defense will undoubtedly question those timelines, relationships, and inconsistencies.
Ultimately, the prosecution must prove its allegations beyond reasonable doubt. The burden of proof rests with the prosecution, not the accused.

I used to ardently support @RonDeSantis. I really did. There is no denying he was great for Florida, at least at first.
I started to look at him differently when he moved against Trump and needlessly fractured the America First Movement.
What changed my opinion of him for good is what he did when Andrew and Tristan Tate landed in Florida in 2025.
It is okay to disapprove of the Tate brothers' lifestyle. It is okay not to like them. But when you say that they are not welcome, things change.
And when you task your Attorney General with working alongside an anti-American, anti-free speech regime to prosecute them... well, that is a deal-breaker.
And when you say and do nothing, knowing that Florida's prosecutors declined to prosecute them while they litigate a defamation case in Palm Beach to clear their names, it is abundantly clear that you are unworthy and incapable of protecting America's sons, husbands, and fathers in a world that is raping them of their self-worth, net worth, and future.
