If you're unable to create a majestic monolith with basic programming tools like encapsulation and namespaces, you don't have what it takes to improve upon the situation with a distributed swarm of microservices. Your spaghetti code will just be on five different plates.

Spot-on as always.
Those who think programmers will now be replaced by people able to tell computers what to do, fail to see that programmers are in fact people who tell computers what to do.

Same. I have said this for years, and I will say it again, do not use LastPass. Their breach history is everything you need to know about how safe your data is with them. A sticky note on your monitor is more secure. 🤷🏼

Unpopular opinion: with us being in a pandemic for like two years, all the new COVID variants going around, mask mandates being re-instated, will Apple PLEASE bring TouchID back? I’d hope folks would rather lose some real estate on their phone than have to pull their masks down.

I fell for the French newspaper scam again, 3 clicks to sign up, then a stupid process by snail mail to cancel. Never again @lemondefr.

I wish someone created a tool that combined the features of Jira with the usability of... pretty much anything that is not Jira I guess, but Asana would be a good candidate.

Replying to @github
@github any chance you can release a diff of your changes to your ToS, privacy statement, etc. That would be neat. It's far more convenient to go through the changes than the whole documents again.

Dear @Xero this is beyond stupid. Worse part is this is cropped server side so you can’t even tweak the CSS to make it usable.
