Learned today that a nicotinamide riboside supplement maker (not Chromadex) is targeting authors of a recent paper suggesting possible increased cancer risk from NR. This is bad news for science 1/6

An updated overview of rapamycin dose regimes for 15 longevity leaders. Is it anyone that I have missed or dose regimes that are changed? Just send me a DM or comment below. To the next updated version I will try to find even more females to the list or split it to two lists 🙏

How much extra healthy longevity can lifestyle alone get you? Studies seem to suggest ~7 years. I'd guess up to 10. You absolutely should focus on this - it's well worth it and very doable. But without geroscience interventions, lifestyle alone will only get you so far

Many have questioned whether some of these companies still work on aging. I think many companies start by trying to understand aging, but once they realize how hard this is, they pivot to a low-hanging fruit, eg age-related disease. This is why we still need blue skies research
Top 15 longevity companies in 2022 by $ Even excluding Altos Labs, the top 15 companies have 2x the median funding and 28% more total funding than in 2021. Longevity biotech continues to grow 🚀 Full list of longevity companies: whoswho.senescence.info/comp…

We need good open wiki data and knowledge. Longevity field is made of shiny nonsense. GDF11, Telomeres, Senescent Cells, Epigenetic clocks, Transposons are not the issue. These are a marketing gimmick. When you get to shallow bottom, we know nothing. Yes I have citations backup.
