Love Spells

Love Spells has released his debut album, 'LOVE IS THE LAW.' The 12-track record moves Love Spells (born Sir Taegen Harris) from his earlier bedroom pop and indie rock sound into alternative pop, funk, and soul, co-produced with longtime collaborators Danny Parra and Joey Briggs, alongside contributions from Alex Craig, Day Wave, Rick Nowels, Rodaidh McDonald, Luke Wild, and William Van Zandt. Much of its sound traces back to Numbers, the Houston club where Harris grew up dancing to New Wave and '70s and '80s music, an influence that also shapes the album's Texas-rooted visual identity. 'LOVE IS THE LAW' came together over roughly seven to nine months, following Harris's first tour opening for Sharon Van Etten and his own debut headline shows. @lovespellsloves will support the album with his first headline tour across the US, UK, and Europe.

Love Spells dropped "Maybe I Still Love You," the latest single from his debut album 'Love Is The Law,' out July 24. @lovespellsloves' debut album was made alongside collaborators including Rick Nowels and Rodaidh McDonald. His 28-date world tour kicks off this summer, with dates in London, New York, Paris, San Diego, and LA, among others.
