I have watched issuers lose six figures on tokenization. Almost always for the same reason: they budget for building the issuance, not for selling it.
Legal structuring, a registrar, custody, a liability umbrella, a prospectus or information sheet. In a highly regulated market like Germany, these costs add up long before the first investor signs, and legal fees alone can be a significant share. By launch day, the budget is often gone, with nothing left for marketing and distribution.
So before any of that, answer one question: who exactly will buy this, and how will you reach them? Not "we will figure it out". A concrete answer, with the budget to back it.
If you would struggle to place it the traditional way, you will struggle on-chain too. Tokenization can lower ticket sizes and open digital distribution channels, but it does not bring the investors to you. It makes issuance, settlement and the orchestration of everyone involved more efficient. It does not create demand.
If you cannot answer that question, do not tokenize. Save yourself the expensive lesson. It is not for you.

हमने लोकतंत्र पर भरोसा किया, सिस्टम पर भरोसा किया,
लेकिन बदले में हमें सिर्फ इंतज़ार मिला।
बरसात में बच्चे स्कूल नहीं जा पाते।
बीमार को चारपाई पर उठाकर ले जाना पड़ता है।

क्या यही विकास है?
