مثلاً مواطن خليجي توظف في قطر، يحتسب ضمن نسب التوطين المفروضة على المؤسسات والجهات الحكومية، وتكون له الأولوية قبل اي جنسية أخرى غير قطرية، وقس ذلك على بقية المجلس.
برأيي ان هذا القرار ان تم، فهو رائع ؛ رؤية مواطنين خليجيين ضمن الكوادر التعليمية و الصحية مثلاً أفضل، نفهمهم ويفهموننا ومن بيئة وثقافة مشتركة.

How lucky that the flydubai plane had literal back-up pilots and that they were somehow able to get into the impenetrable cockpit and land the plane safely!
