Former Lt. Gov Dan Patrick is packing up his office today and everything has got to go!
Use code “FAFODAN” to save 40% off on this hand-picked bundle to celebrate Dan’s termination the way he would hate the most! 🤣🤣

Imagine being so dead set on harming the wellbeing of the people you're supposed to represent and being shocked when we throw you out.

Hey @HometownHeroATX 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I guess @DanPatrick was right after all; THC does affect job performance.
Him trying to ban it lost him his job.

Alcohol is legal because it causes the working class to self destruct. Cannabis is illegal because it causes the working class to say things like, “Maybe we could buy a piece of land together & grow our own food?”

Guess what, @HometownHeroATX took the challenge and made Lt. Dan become their best salesman. Three trade shows in ATX had this life-size cutout and a campaign stop for Goodwin.

.@JamesTalarico on Texas officially banning THC:
“This bill is insane.
Texans aren’t going to stop smoking weed and eating edibles because politicians in Austin say so. Texans will still use THC — but instead of getting it safely from a local small business, they’ll go back to getting it from the black market. From the drug cartels.
This ban is a gift to the cartels.
We are now telling full-grown adults how to live their lives. This is the nanny state at its worst; this is big government at its worst.
Instead of fully funding our schools, guaranteeing healthcare, or making childcare more affordable — this Legislature is focused on banning a product that gives people a little peace.
We’re making people’s lives harder, not easier.
I want to leave you with a quote: ‘It is time to end needless arrests and incarcerations of adults for small amounts of marijuana for personal use.’ That wasn’t a Democrat. That was President Donald Trump.
To my Republican colleagues, I’m asking you to oppose the cartels, stand with President Trump, and vote no on this insane bill.”
Let’s go @VikkiGoodwinTX !!!!

Criminalization for having a usable quantity of a plant with boundless medicinal properties is one of the stupidest things I’ve ever had to unfortunately witness.
People that don’t belong in jail are filling up our jails, wasting taxpayer dollars and resources, and taking away police from places where crime is actually happening.

Texas continues taking out their trash….remember when their Lt. Governor Dan Patrick said "I’m not gonna legalize marijuana in Texas and if people want to vote me out of office for that, so be it"
Texas voters said ok bet and voted his old ass out! 🤣

We fired the people who targeted chronic pain patients in Texas at the behest of booze lobbyists with the exception of an anesthesiologist named @TomOliverson (who claimed hemp THC and meth are basically the same thing) and Charles Perry in the senate.
Chronic pain patients may yet have a chance now with the replacement of the Texas Medical Board members as well.
The time to start talking to them is NOW. I’ve already spoken with multiple representatives sympathetic to our cause and willing to put an end to the torture of veterans and other pain patients - at least in Texas.

Proud of the Texas Hemp industry for continuing to make history and move cannabis freedom forward in Texas.
Come and Toke it.

@GovPritzker is a disgrace to the cannabis industry & Americans. I hate this man and I hate that he's banning my business and handing over the market to MJ corporations.

He doesn’t even believe the BS that he is saying. Everyone knows it was about the money that he was getting from Alcohol companies. Dude deserves to be locked up.

You screwed us over for years, condescended to us, screamed at people for using THC to cure pain - like veterans and the elderly, did the bidding of the Cartels and BigTech, then ride off in the sunset like you served us faithfully, but in reality gave our state away to Democrats after ripping us off.
Texans truly hate you.
Dan Goeb sucks and should go back to Baltimore.
Patrick Election Night Statement:
“I respect the will of the voters; the result was fair and square.”
“This was a wave election in Texas and across the country. Whether it was about affordability, gas prices, data centers, 765-kV lines, or any other issue important to them, I respect how the people voted. It was a fair election, and I accept the majority will of the voters.
To my millions of supporters:
Thank you for your steadfast and principled support. I am proud of what the Senate and I accomplished over the past decade. I ran for office to end abortion, eliminate school property taxes, protect the Second Amendment, pass school choice, protect the border, support police, end DEI, and make Texas the leading job creator in the nation.
Before Roe v. Wade was reversed, my great Republican senators and I reduced abortions in Texas by almost 80%, saving nearly 300,000 lives. Together, we eliminated school property taxes for seniors and cut them in half for those under 65. We led the charge to increase average teacher pay from $54,000 to $69,000. We increased school funding by $40 billion. We passed school choice for 100,000 families. We removed discriminatory DEI from K-12 schools and our colleges. We put the Ten Commandments in our schools. I placed 'In God We Trust' in the Senate chamber and put 'under God' in our state pledge.
We passed campus carry, open carry, and constitutional carry, protecting the Second Amendment under my leadership and that of our great senators. I built six new mental health care hospitals and funded research for Alzheimer's and cancer.
Going into 2028, the Republican Party of Texas has serious work to do to begin the process of taking our state back from Democrat control. Their democratic socialist policies will fail, as they have in every country in the world. Their defund-the-police agenda will make Texans less safe. Their goal of taking down the oil and gas industry will bankrupt Texas and double the cost of gasoline.
I have been in the public spotlight for almost five decades. I came to Texas in 1979 as a sportscaster at KHOU-TV. I started a radio station and put an unknown Rush Limbaugh on the air. I served in office for 20 years. Jan and I will celebrate our 52nd wedding anniversary next year. I have two incredible children, a great son-in-law and a great daughter-in-law, and eight precious grandchildren. I have so much to be thankful for. I am the most blessed person you could ever meet. I love Texas, I love America, and most of all, I love my Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. He has given me an amazing life.
God bless each of you who supported me through all my many endeavors over the last 50 years. I can never say thank you enough.”

“I’m not going to legalize marijuana in Texas. And if people want to vote me out of office for that, so be it,” Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said at a news conference last year.
On Election Day, Texans did just that.
But what is next for the hemp industry?

You don’t need “social equity” if you have a truly accessible and fair program.
Hemp embodies that. Marijuana doesn’t.

I don’t think people from outside of Texas can begin to understand just how utterly stupid it had all become in the last few years.
😂😂😂
Weed and books gotta go!!!

If Texas relaxes their cannabis laws enough I’d honestly think about moving down there

Thanks Dan Patrick. Making Texas a blue state was totally worth banning hemp.
Your name will live in infamy.
