@BBT is getting worse and worse for both individual and business accounts. After 10 years as a loyal customer I would not recommend this bank. No more pop money to pay rent online. IBM rapport security service impossible to use. Even the on-hold messages suck. What's next?

@BBT you charge late fee even though your website was down when I was making payment. Then I called customer support and said they won’t credit. What’s wrong with you. No other bank treats customers like this. You better credit 37$ back to my account – at Santa Monica, CA
