Lake defended Minnesota’s talent, pointing to Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, Kyler Murray and Aaron Jones, but Amon-Ra questioned whether their offense could sustain its production throughout the season. Amon-Ra also fired back at the Rams’ strength of schedule, reminding Lake that they had beaten the Chargers and Giants, while Lake brought up wins over the Eagles, Raiders and other opponents. Neither side was backing down as the NFL rivals went back and forth over which teams were truly built to compete.
