@TataAIGMotor @TATAAIGIndia Dear Sir, I am having a very bad experience with your insurance regarding the claim settlement. Your surveyor is rejecting the claim as per his whims & fancies. My car had damage to left side. He is approving the lt fender & rejecting the lt headlight.
I have raised complaint thru the TataAig app as well as sent an email complaint. But nobody has replied. There is no customer centric approach of your company, which is surprising considering that your company bears the name of 'Tata'.
Due to no response, I am forced to raise this on social media. However, here at least I will get some response. This is one of worst experience with any insurance company which I had till now. Pls help in resolution.

I provided my newly purchased watch for repair to the authorised SC. Paid the advance part payment also. However, after keeping the watch for 1 month, the SC has returned the watch stating that the part is not available.
Now the watch worth more than 35k has been rendered useless due to non-availability of the spare parts.
If the company doesn't have the capabilities to repair the product, they should not sell them.
I will now be losing a huge amount of money without any fault of mine.
