These are the stats that players at our level need to be more aware of. For most players the transfer portal doesn’t improve their situation. For most their snaps and playing time go down.
For all Group of 5 football players in or considering the transfer portal… @max_olson of @TheAthletic published this significant stat: “Of the 186 scholarship G5-P5 transfers in 2023, 72 percent saw fewer snaps for their new team and 37 percent didn’t start a game this season.”
My Grandpa’s first tractor (Farmall C) was brought back to life by a friend of ours- Tim Erger, and I just drove it back to the farm that started everything for our family.

CSU is not a Bowl-ready team. They just aren’t. Stupid penalties, porous defense and they’re an anemic offense. I’d rather see them stay home this December. Maybe they’ll want it more next year.
