Best life hack ever:
- Create a new WhatsApp group and add any random contact
- Name the group My Notes
- Kick person you previously added
- Pin the group so it's always at the top
You now have the best UX to take notes, TODO lists and audio messages
Enjoy!
This is exactly the issue with most CI platforms today. You pay for the compute that gets allocated, not what your pipeline currently uses.
Leveraging @dagger_io not only speeds up your pipelines but you pay **only** for what they use.

Remind me to write a post about build tool maximalists...
"CI is already a solved problem. Just force 100% of all developers to throw away their native toolchains and use my favorite build tool instead. Shoot those who refuse. And voila, problem solved!"

Congrats! And for those who don't use Vercel and Turbo for 100% of their stack: dagger.io/blog/dagger-10-bet…

There couldn’t have been a better time for @dagger_io to release 1.0 and its cloud product. CI systems are either not able to keep up or so insanely expensive they aren’t affordable. Dagger is completely vertically integrated, and doesn’t charge for idle compute or repeat work, so it is dramatically faster and cheaper.
Well done, @solomonstre and team.

it's still early days testing for me, but I predict that @GoEntire and @dagger_io are the next two parts of my stack that I'll use in every project. I need better agent integration with my code storage, safe automated merges, and CI runs that my agents can run anywhere
Agents reinvented how we produce code. It changed our tools and half of our workflow. It’s time for the other half to catch up.
Today, we’re shipping Entire: the Git forge for agent-human collaboration. We’ve built @GoEntire using Entire. Now we want to see what you'll build with it.
Here’s why and what’s different. 🧵

I migrated to dagger the moment 1.0 dropped. I don't even care if its early access, it has been a game changer in development.
How does Dagger compare to Blacksmith?

Why migrate your Github Actions YAML when you can just... delete it?
Most of your CI scripts just duplicate native toolchain configuration anyway. The scripts start drifting as soon as you write them.
What if your CI were smart enough to read the native config directly? 🤔

Moving Ci from actions to VPS on @dagger_io. Preliminary results are in.
“Merge-time runs are now dramatically faster with Dagger (5-14x), though some PR runs”

Is computer-use a strong enough argument to use OSx instead of Linux for my agentbox?
I've always been Linux Homelab user but I've read some good arguments about agents being more flexible and capable in OSx due to accessibility features.
Thoughts?

If you can figure out how to use Dagger it will change your life

All software should have a similar prompt on their website, similar to @dagger_io, for fast setup and tire-kicking.

@danielgafni has been using dagger for a long time at @typesafeai as our tool of choice for CICD and infra management.
Personally, I've been a complex-yaml-config hater for 15 years because you lose the expressiveness of code. to be clear i like yaml as serialization in most cases, but almost always prefer to store the construction of them in python files where you can do things like for loops and list comprehensions.
obviously, just keep that code simple and easy to read
this is how I do all my ML experiment configs, so it was an easy sell for our infra being this way too

@dagger_io Native test observability, in depth look into your CI pipelines like no other platform AND you even get to see exactly what each operation in your job consumes. You pay for EXACTLY what you see there
