Sorry, but that's wrong. CEOs do not "tailor organizations to their likings".
1 They almost always inherit organizations stuck in gazillions of patterns, practices, narratives. Take compensation systems.
2 Close to 100% of CEOs have zero experience with working ON the system.
So here is a question to the people that know me a little, or think they do... (both welcome! 🤗) If I were to pursue a different career, away from agile coaching and organisational change, what would you see me do? And... if possible, why?

I have successfully changed my eating and moving habits into a sustainable healthy new lifestyle. I feel good, I'm slowly losing weight and start to look better! I now lost almost 10 kilo's in six months! Still many more I'd like to see go, but I'm confident I'll manage that!
I obtained my new lifestyle thanks to the gamification of apps like lifesum and connect, with help of my Garmin watch. Both helped me in understanding food better than ever and motivated me to move more and better!
