tldr; Anthropic's S-1 doesn't look half as bad as i was expecting. Previous 80 B loss was mostly convertible notes paper accounting because their valuation has gone up (72.5 billion of it) and the rest debt servicing. they were actually 3.5 B operationally cash flow positive while achieving a 14x growth rate. nytimes.com/2026/10/26/techn… sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/…

If your company needs software dev help, I’d love to talk to you! I have some amazing experienced US-based devs on the bench who are very good at using agents and have a high quality bar. We are best at mobile and web and desktop apps, but can do much more than that. Average experience level is 15 years. You’ll love working with them. Great people, excellent devs. Appreciate retweets and any referrals!

TanStack Hotkeys is now in Beta! Setting up keyboard shortcuts correctly with all edge-cases handled can be surprisingly complex. We're trying to help you handle those edge-cases by default and give you confidence with Type-safety. Also, check out the new Hotkey scopes feature!

@.inspect save everyone more time and more money
Today, Ramp raised $1.85B at a $60B valuation. Seven years ago, Karim and I wrote our mission on a Post-it: “Save companies time and money.” Our mission hasn't changed. It’s just gotten bigger.

Companies footing the AI bill would probably see much better returns redirecting that spend into direct raises and letting employees pay out of pocket

If you've been to Vegas you've seen the troves of elderly folks just pushing the button on slot machines. Day and night they're there, just pushing the button. Now you can do it in Codex!
Now in beta: composer predictions in Codex for Pro users. Codex can now suggest your next message based on your conversation and how you talk to it. One of the most loved new features we've ever tested internally.

AI won't take you're job. Someone who won't shut the fuck up about AI will make you want to quit your job.

DO YOU KNOW WHY YOU'RE FRUSTRATED WITH AI MEDIA SLOP? I've been saying this for a long time, and the stakes are rising. AI needs to be democratized first and then regulated. WHY ARE LARGE COMPANIES CALLING FOR REGULATIONS AND SLOWING DOWN? It's not because they aren't winning. It's because they are ready to close the door behind them, and lock it. Training on public data, using Chinese models, applying AI to business. They want the secrets and the rights to be in large corporate hands, ONLY. Upcoming regulations won't help creators and businesses directly; they'll use private institutions to maintain control under the guise of stopping the slop (that they generated). YES, we want AI regulations, but don't let them pull a fast one on us.

found the perfect use case for @typesafeai Jev: instant compaction in 2026, why is compaction still a summarization prompt? Jev can make it instant by scoring every tool call and dropping what’s irrelevant

Infinite Red has specialized in React Native for 11 years -- building mobile apps on any platform. Now we're moving toward any software development -- building any type of software on any platform. With agentic coding, it no longer makes sense to narrowly focus on one technology stack. We can be effective across a variety of technologies, React Native being one of many. The things that remain the same: - we have great US-based devs, low turnover - we are kind, skilled, helpful, ambitious - we think holistically, not narrowly - we want to be the lowest-stress part of your project - we take our craft seriously - we value quality, rigor, and an engineering approach - we leave things better than we found them - we don't need to be babysat - we work within your systems and build for you - we have opinions, but we don't get stuck on them - we aren't afraid to have hard conversations - we love feedback and use that to to get better - we ask questions first and give opinions after I have so much confidence in my team. Becoming CEO of IR this year and being able to lead them is one of my greatest privileges. If you need help with any software project, please reach out. I want you to hold us to this standard I just laid out above, and I'm excited to work with you!

The fun thing is this likely isn’t another AirBnB article situation because everyone that makes technical decisions based on articles is now starting their journey with: “Make me Tinder for dogs. Make no mistakes.”

This was useful. “Evaluate all your instructions and context throughout the goal duration without loading new ones and come up with a concrete evaluation of what worked well, what underperformed or would have been nice to know, with goal of improving next time around. Also at the end make a skill for this so we can just tag that skill in and get good eval next time.”

This is still true. You can thank flip for so much of the things you enjoy here, on YouTube, on twitch. he was a genius.
FLIP is the GOAT and the absolute reason programmer streaming even matters to people. Brick by brick is understated when you know how long each brick took.
