I don’t know about this, but there’s a whole bunch of Capitol cop brass that are about to get fired.
PCs are much stronger this election than last, and all of their completion is much weaker.
It’s the opposite for the Liberals. #nbpoli #nbelection #nbelection2020

Literally since 8am this morning, out in the real world beyond twitter, 5 people brought up Vickers comments about firing Healthcare professionals and administrators if they disagree with him, Vickers won't show nurses respect,he'll show them the door #nbpoli

Right now it looks like Miramichi is “LEANING” Liberal. Except that when the PA base there sees this (and the low PA numbers generally) they will almost certainly switch their support to the PCs. #nbpoli #nbelection
Please New Brunswick; can we all just agree not to just throw this recovery away on the same old, tired, partisan bullshit? #nbpoli #nbelection | CBC News cbc.ca/news/canada/new-bruns…
Perhaps I missed this, but I haven’t yet seen any projections for the #nbpoli #nbelection. This is from 338Canada on 18 August. I think a new Leger poll will be out imminently. The graph seems wrong in that the projected 26.7 seats should put the PCs over the majority line.
“Don’t vote early” translates to “Internal Liberal polling suggests that the PCs presently enjoy a strong lead in #nbpoli”.
The problem is that, while Kevin Vickers is a decent man, he has kind of a distant/detached manner that may keep voters from warming to him over time.
My voting guide: nbpolitico.blogspot.com/2020…
Key takes:
Don't vote too early--you might make a mistake you can't fix
Vote by mail requires a printer/scanner and you have to rely on when your ballot arrives, not when you send it
You can vote at any returning office not just yours

What would we do without old “5in56” Donald in #nbpoli?

It’s not fantasy foolball Don; it’s a provincial election and you’re running it for the Liberals. Get it together man - there’s only 3 weeks left until the polls in #nbpoli for the #nbelection

Don is flexing because he was able to hold down TWO jobs during his final term as an MLA in #nbpoli

Why would the Liberals give Gauvin the seat in Shediac when he has a proven track record in Shippigan? Does this suggest Shippigan isn’t as safe as Shediac? I mean anybody could win in Shediac, so why not save Gauvin for the riding he won as a Tory last time? #nbpoli
This is the lefty, New Brunswick version of QAnon. Admiitedly, font-based conspiracy isn’t as interesting as a global cabal of elite cannibals, but it’s still nice to have a LITTLE drama in #nbpoli.
Do these folks understand that it may be counterproductive to speculate that Premier Higgs MIGHT do the very thing that their own leader ACTUALLY did do less than 2 years ago? This approach seems to lack a degree of self-awareness, no? #nbpoli #nbelection

Chrystia Freeland is one of the most capable politicians in the country and I have faith in her ability to manage Finance. I do worry that viewpoint diversity within Cabinet is becoming non-existent, with fewer voices in a position to check the PM’s grandiose tendencies. #canpoli
Remember when Mike Duffy had to return $90K to the government, but he didn’t have the cash, so Nigel Wright wrote him a cheque? Do you think that something similar might be happening at this new Liberal retreat, except they need to scratch together $30M for WE? #canpoli
I think the other shoe has yet to drop in the WE scandal, and that the Liberal brand might take a bit of a beating over the next month. Not sure what the effect of this would be on the election in #nbpoli
PM Halts #WeCharity Probe:
Reporter: “Would you allow committees to continue their work?” @JustinTrudeau reply: “Right now as a gov’t, I think Canadians want us to be focused on the next steps of recovery.” blacklocks.ca/pm-halts-we-ch… #cdnpoli
