that’s exactly the point.
outsourcing critical tasks to agencies, whether it’s smart contract development or marketing strategy, doesn’t matter.
without understanding the nuances of the market, you end up in situations where 200 KOLs bring you an audience of 800 people.

You’re selling the same service that I mentioned so understand you’re pov now
On the bell curve you mentioned with the other things AI is the earliest on
That being said why outsource something now when it’s so early and I can get a grip on it better than the people pretending to have a grip on it
Zero reason to
The things you mentioned as well are lower lift tasks and functions with potentially less multiples to be had when done right that’s why we outsource them
I outsource travel to my city with my city because it’s relatively lower function
While AI is not that at all. The multiples are infinite and it’s best development years are ahead
Any smart entrepreneur who’s played this game before knows not outsourcing something this important this early is a death sentence
Outsource smaller less meaningless functions and tasks
Never delegate or giveaway the higher multiple skills on an infinite timeline with new weekly developments
Do the opposite of what I just said and it’s a early crutch leading to paralysis later on

I’ve spent some time reflecting on what happened, and I want to sincerely apologize to Stephan and anyone who may have been disappointed by my actions.
Looking back, I recognize that I took too much from another artist’s work, and I take full responsibility for that. Regardless of my intentions, I understand how this affected the original artist, and I should have been more thoughtful and careful before putting this work out into the world.
This is the first time I’ve found myself in a situation where I’ve drawn so directly from another artist’s work, and I don’t take that lightly. I’m not saying this to excuse myself, but rather to acknowledge that I’ve made a mistake and that there’s a lesson here I need to take seriously.
I’m willing to send all the proceeds from the mint directly to Stephan. I don’t want to profit from a situation that has caused another artist discomfort or disappointment. I believe taking responsibility also means taking meaningful action, not just putting out an apology.
I’m grateful that this was brought to my attention because it gives me an opportunity to reflect, learn, and become better before these kinds of mistakes could ever become an unconscious habit. I’ll be taking more time to evaluate my own actions, intentions, and creative decisions moving forward.
I have nothing but respect for the artists who continue to push this space forward, and I never want my work or actions to come at the expense of someone else’s creativity.
I’m genuinely sorry, Stephan. I hear you, I take responsibility, and I’ll do better.
Founders / artists often think that if something works, they need to copy it lol.
Argonauts had art evolution, and suddenly everyone started copying it.
But evolution was only a small part of the success.
The real value was the personal brand and the UNIQUE idea behind it.
woke up to a gift from @Michelangel_art today.
ngl, I love this one!!
GM!
we had Blur, where attracting art collectors wasn’t even part of the conversation.
there was plenty of volume, sure. Trading was easier.
but where did it all end up?
right back where we started 🤷♂️
okay the real update is here.
once again it's amazing.
argonauts.
Your Argonauts are SAFU.
They haven't changed, they've just entered max pain mode.
Built a simple tool to turn your own Argonaut into its max pain version.
Enter your token # -> copy -> post.

A portrait of @AdamWeitsman, reconstructed through @traceforms.
2,752 tiles.
147 distinct Trace characters.
50 pieces from my own collection, placed where they visually belong.
There’s something fitting about portraying a collector through collected art.
From a distance, one face.
Up close, hundreds of individual works — each retaining its own identity while contributing to something larger.
That is what keeps pulling me toward Trace.
It is beginning to feel less like a collection of images and more like a visual medium: artworks becoming material, ownership becoming composition, and the collector entering the work itself.
Adam, given the way you support artists and experiments that push digital art forward, I thought this one might be worth your eye.
@0xvesty
this one aged well.
there aren’t many projects I get genuinely excited about and actively follow, but Crawlers by @rybinfx is one of them.
> 1111 supply
> [ one phase free mint ] - idk how to get in this one.
> public mint / 0.02eth
the cool part is that you can actually take your crawler to other websites and let it explore them.
TLDR; bullish as fuck
