This morning: 180 Palestinians, including approximately 85 children, lost their homes as 24 houses were demolished by the Israeli occupation forces in the ancient village of Jinba, in Masafer Yatta.
In addition to residential homes, the forces also demolished 18 livestock
residents and their properties in a major pogrom.
Israel has recently intensified its efforts to erase the villages of Masafer Yatta. Jinba is the fourth of the 12 villages located within “Firing Zone 918” whose homes have been demolished by the Israeli authorities

This morning: Settlers attacked shepherds from the village of Dekeika, chased them, and attempted to steal their sheep while they were on the village’s lands.
Soldiers who arrived at the scene fired into the air, threw stun grenades, and detained eight shepherds
The attack occurred just hours after settlers cut the pipeline supplying water to hundreds of the village’s residents. Last week, settlers began carrying out work with heavy machinery near the village’s homes

In the span of a week, Israeli bulldozers demolished Al-Taban and northern Fakhit, two neighboring Palestinian communities in Masafer Yatta. When residents helped each other stay on the land, soldiers came to make arrests.
