Eating with Trump is like dating Taylor Swift. A lot of laughs at the time, but later on they’re tearing you a new asshole.

Every word is James Talarico’s.
27 clips. 4 minutes. 2019–2026.
“God is non-binary.”
“…many more than two biological sexes. In fact, there are six.”
“If you deny your child’s gender identity… it’s abusive for sure.”
“There’s only one person who can determine a child’s gender identity, and that’s the child.”
“I want to acknowledge that our trans community needs abortion care too.”
“…the bill that would have denied gender-affirming health care to trans children… All these ideologies stem from this Christofascism movement.”
“The way I fought for trans kids in the legislature is how I will fight for the U.S. Senate, and my position hasn’t changed.”
“Prophetic voices like Jesus have helped me reckon with my own whiteness.”
“It’s always rich to me that defund the police is considered off limits…”
“Prison is violence.”
“Tear down this secret police force.”
Assault weapons ban? “Absolutely.”

#GameKnights episode dropped today to celebrate the new Hobbit MTG set and it was a great one…complete with the One of One Ring! @PostMalone had a solid, but wild blink deck and Rachel’s deck was also cool with The Notary Hobbits making so much mana!

“Today in the United States there are only 188 US flaged merchant ships and 105 Navy @MSCSealift ships.
WE NEED MORE THAN THAT
In fact the Chinese have over 11,000 merchant ships,” said @SECNAV Hung Cao in today’s senate hearing.
The days of the US Navy ignoring the US Merchant Marine and ocean logistics are over.
“We need them to thrive as a nation,”
He also provided clarity on @MSCSealift hulls ordered in foreign yards and said he will require that those overseas yards invest in the United States which will create 540,000 shipyard jobs for Americans.
Good mail day for a dual landy andy! I now have two of every one and am so lucky to have got this collection🤩 #duallands #MagicTheGathering #ihyd

Yesterday, @patrickbetdavid walked on stage ready to lead a prayer for Charlie Kirk’s survival.
Instead, he was struck with the heartbreaking news that Kirk had died.
You could see the pain written all over his face as his eyes welled with tears.
Yet in that moment, he delivered a powerful 3-minute message that everyone needs to hear right now.

"I'm just flesh and bone, but more importantly, I'm a soul, and that soul is accountable to one being."
"I've had an unbelievably blessed life... So praise God. I've been all across the world. I've met with world leaders."
"I've flown Air Force One, got to know a president. I have an amazing family, the podcast Turning Point USA... And so you experienced that, and you're like, 'What actually matters?'"
"What matters is your relationship with the divine, your relationship with your family, your kids, and maybe a close collection of friends, and your relationship with the truth."
So much wisdom and taken way too soon. Charlie Kirk will never be forgotten.

Charlie Kirk, a name synonymous with having the courage to speak what you believe and seek/welcome conversations with those whom you disagree with.
I’m not a political person but I am a proud American citizen and today was startling, saddening, and maddening all at the same time.. I’ve realized that I’m a bit naive to how crazy it all has become but watching a man get hunted and slayed in broad daylight because of his opinions made me disgusted and devastated.
This can’t be what we actually are or become as a country.. I believe that the good people will always outnumber the evil people but damn… today was an alarming day in our country’s history.
2 kids lost a dad.. a wife lost a husband.. and societal discourse lost a voice.
RIP @charliekirk11.. I send my prayers, thoughts, and love to his family and friends.

🙌☮️ Part of The Beatitudes from Matthew 5:
9 Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
10 Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account.
12 Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they people persecuted the prophets who were before you.

A few days ago, a gang of about a dozen young men tried to assault a woman in her car at night in DC.
A @Doge team member saw what was happening, ran to defend her and was severely beaten to the point of concussion, but he saved her.
It is time to federalize DC.
